North Texas beats C-USA rival UAB to win its first NIT Championship. Break up Conference USA! Oh, that’s right. They’re doing that.
So, there are the Seattle Seahawks. Things are looking pretty good. They’re coming off a surprising playoff season. They had a great 2022 draft. They play hard. They have Geno Smith under contract. Pete Carroll is 71 going on 41. They have the fifth overall selection in next month’s draft.
And…Florida athletic phenom Anthony Richardson will be there at five. Hell, yes, I’d do it. Looks like that’s also occurred to the Seahawks, who had a large scout and coach contingent present at Richardson’s pro day, including Carroll.
