The former president of the United States is going to be indicted. That is now inevitable and unavoidable.
After 76 years, facts, truth and hard evidence have finally caught up with Donald J. Trump.
Trump demonstrably mishandled government documents in violation of federal law. He did so willfully and with criminal intent. And, as usual, Trump has lied about his actions.
While we don’t yet know the damage he may have done to our national security or what he is attempting to hide, we do know he mishandled government documents in violation of federal law. That fact is not in rational dispute.
That is what this is about. Trump will of course follow his survival instincts and attempt to deflect, distract and distort. Of course he will. That game plan has worked for him for almost eight decades.
It can’t work this time, and it won’t.
The DOJ is going to indict the former president of the United States. It now cannot do otherwise.
