While the mindless tragedies continue to mount, we have witnessed magnificent responses by dedicated and disciplined law enforcement heroes in Nashville and Louisville. Contrast that to what happened in Uvalde almost a year ago. The shame will never fade.
I’m unofficially labeling the Pentagon leak scandal “Pandoragate.” That box is wide open, and the damage to our country will prove incalculable. This is beyond bad.
Texas’ Panderer in Chief is at it again. Abbott should beg OUR “pardon.”
Looks like Senator Tim Scott will seek the GOP nomination for president. Scott is reasonable, informed, collegial, optimistic, honest and—unlike Trump and DeSantis—an actual, principled conservative. So this is bound to end badly for him.
Think of Scott as The Anti-Cruz.
Crazy is not only permitted and excused in today’s GOP. It is required. It is a prerequisite. Crazy is a litmus test. It is both demanded and rewarded. Success is measured in direct proportion to crazy. There is no such thing as too crazy. The crazier, the better. Insufficient craziness results in censure and marginalization. The craziest win the race to the bottom.
Crazy is not cool.
