Justice Sotomayor wondered out loud a couple of weeks ago whether the eventual SCOTUS ruling on Roe will expose the high court as being purely politically partisan. That’s a legitimate question.
But if you want a DEFINITIVE answer, just wait two weeks until SCOTUS rules on Whiny Donnie’s inevitable appeal of yesterday’s federal appeals court ruling that he has to turn over all of his filth to the Jan. 6 Committee. There is not one reason to overturn that lower court’s decision. Unless, of course, Robed Toadies go “ribbit.” Our Republic is at stake.
The proper SCOTUS position would be to simply decline to hear the case.
Is it getting a little warm, Donnie?
Oh, you think the pandemic is tapering down? Ask doctors and nurses in Michigan.
Yeah, I know Chris Christie is a fat boy, and probably not in stellar cardiovascular shape. But I still think he could kick Mark Meadow’s slimy ass. And I know Christie would have every right and cause to do so.
One quick question before I head to Abilene to do the tv play-by-play on tonight’s state semifinal game between Lubbock Cooper and Dallas South Oak Cliff.
